Quick “Pickled” Red Cabbage
A super simple recipe to create a pickled red cabbage effect with citrus and salt. Slice, dice and flavour – it is as easy as that.

- ½ Head Red Cabbage
- 1 Handful Chopped Fresh Coriander
- 1 Lime
- Salt
Slice the red cabbage and place into a large bowl along with the chopped coriander
Cut the lime in half and squeeze all of the lime juice from both halves into the bowl (make sure not to add any of the seeds)
Add a generous amount of salt and mix well. This can be served immediately or left to 'pickle' for a more intense flavour.
