Protein Banana Pancakes

Three ingredient low calorie, high protein, super sweet mini pancakes. Serve with your favourite toppings –mines crunchy peanut butter.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Banana
  • 2 Egg
  • 15-20 g Protein Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Coconut Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat.
  • Mash the banana into a bowl and whisk in the eggs.
  • Add the protein powder and mix evenly.
  • Use a spoon to add small dollops of the mixture into the frying pan and flip when browned on the bottom.
  • Once browned on the other side, serve with toppings or sauce of your choice.
