Protein Banana Pancakes
Three ingredient low calorie, high protein, super sweet mini pancakes. Serve with your favourite toppings –mines crunchy peanut butter.

- 2 Banana
- 2 Egg
- 15-20 g Protein Powder
- 1.5 tsp Coconut Oil
Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat.
Mash the banana into a bowl and whisk in the eggs.
Add the protein powder and mix evenly.
Use a spoon to add small dollops of the mixture into the frying pan and flip when browned on the bottom.
Once browned on the other side, serve with toppings or sauce of your choice.
